How are you making it through?

Your higher Self says: “Stay in the present moment. Breathe. Inhale. Take a nice long inhale breath and pause. Slow down. Just a short pause, bring your attention to your breath. Then with control, allow the body to relax, lungs, diaphragm and total Self will exhale in a very paced way to start again another inhale round. Breathe. Listen. Feel. Let it go. Stay Present. Everything is ok in the present moment.”
