I too, have been looking for answers all of my life.
I feel like I need to know why, how, what and when most of the time. Knowing these things seems to make things easier for me and gives me a comfortable place to be as I go about my day.

The brain, as you know, is a 24 hour shop, at work all the time. It’s super important to know how to pay attention to the thoughts generated there. This is where anxiety comes in, as it’s easy to give some thoughts more attention than they deserve. The focus needs to be on what makes sense and is rooted in reality. Thoughts that are NOT rooted in reality are usually the ones that can become scary and create unneeded fear. Fear can be an acronym: F-E-A-R is False Evidence Appearing Real.

It’s always important to know that “fear” is not controlling your thoughts or how you live today!
