How does therapy work?
I invite you to give me a call for a free 15-minute consultation. Let’s determine if we are a good fit and can develop a rapport. First, I will ask you some questions and give you an overview of how I help my clients. Then you will ask me questions to alleviate your concerns. From this conversation, we will decide if we are good to work together.
One step at a time, we will meet and lay out a plan for how you can feel better and be more yourself. We’ll look at where your worries and sadness are coming from, how these thoughts and feelings keep you stuck, and what to do about them. I’ll support you through this time as we meet week to week, and you make the changes you want to make. (Believe it or not, therapy can be very rewarding and even fun!)
