How are the sessions?

All sessions are held via secure Telehealth.

Available to clients physically located in:

California, Florida, Kansas, and Missouri

Insurance & Payment — Do you take insurance?

I don’t work directly with insurance, and here’s why:

  • No mandatory diagnosis. Many challenges—like grief, relationship issues, or burnout—aren’t disorders. You deserve support without being labeled.
  • More privacy. Insurance requires personal information to become part of your permanent medical record.
  • Freedom in therapy. Insurance companies often restrict the number of sessions or dictate treatment plans. Here, we move at your pace.

If you’d like to use out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a detailed receipt for reimbursement.

What are your session fees?

Rates are comparable to other experienced therapists in California, Florida, Kansas, and Missouri areas. Please contact me directly for current rates and options.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.

Availability & Session Details — When do you see clients?

I see most clients Monday through Thursday, between 9 AM – 6 PM.


Evening and limited Sunday appointments may be available—just ask!

What Therapy Feels Like — What does therapy look like with you?

Therapy is a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what matters, at a pace that feels right. Some sessions bring insight. Others bring relief. Many bring both. What matters is that you’re not doing it alone.

What does therapy feel like?

It often feels like relief. You don’t walk away with everything solved—but you’ll feel lighter, more aware, and increasingly connected to your own resilience and wisdom. Over time, therapy opens up more compassion for your pain and more clarity about your path.

How long until I start to feel better?

Many people feel a sense of relief or hope even after the first session. Real change builds gradually—session by session. I’ll check in with you along the way, and together we’ll decide what pace and frequency feel right. Some clients continue with occasional “tune-up” sessions over time.
